Bannock, Bingo 'n' BFFs Kinship

This event is part of the official Toronto Queer Film Festival 2021 programming.

Need a break from these strange times? The Toronto Queer Film Festival and the Indigenous Curatorial Collective are hoping to help recharge your spirit. As part of the 2021 festival, TQFF are pleased to present ‘Bannock, Bingo ‘n’ BFFs Kinship Event’ hosted by your coolest auntie Weird Alice. This zoom-based kinship event will include bingo, door prizes and belly laughs. So grab some snacks and some friends and come on out!

Weird Alice is a 2S queer performance artist who has been described as glamorous with a dash of disgusting. Host and creator of QTBIPOC pageant 'Drop Deadly Gorgeous', Drag Me to the Movies (a movie + bingo series), Weird Alice has been touring the world with their art for the past decade exploring themes of identity, queerness, packaged in a bizarre pop culture pastiche.

This event is intended for Indigiqueer, Trans and Two-Spirit folks.
