For questions about volunteering, please contact Emily Aimola (emily.aimola@hotmail.com).

Transportation

Free parking is available on-site and we strongly encourage carpooling! Due to low interest in the use of a school bus to get to and from the event at last year's event, we will not be hiring one. If you require additional support with transportation, please reach out and we will do our best to help coordinate ridesharing.

Accessibility Notes

Due to the farm setting, this event has some physical accessibility challenges. The ground on this property is infrequently level and has a variety of rolling/grassy hills and unpaved/gravel roads. Parking is about 50 m from the dancefloor. There are no stairs to get to the main event area, but there is a slight grassy incline/decline to get to and from the parking lot. Bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible and are only accessible via. the unpaved/gravel road. Seating is available upon request; however, keep in mind that the crowd will be quite rowdy and busy! Feel free to reach out with any accessibility questions or make requests – we will try our best to accommodate.
