Pride is Right Trivia Contest!

Join Karen Simpson for this general knowledge trivia tournament Sundays in July (the 10th, 17th & 24th) at 5:30 p.m. You can play any date! To be eligible for prizes, register a team and play all three dates. The most important thing is to have fun!

Adam Crockatt of Big Dumb Face Trivia is back as host!

This hybrid event (via Zoom or in-person on Powerhouse Brewery's patio) raises funds for Queer Events' Food for Queers program to help alleviate food insecurities for those in London's 2SLGBTQIA community.

About Our Trivia Host

Adam Crockatt of Big Dumb Face Trivia is back as our host. He is an excellent fit given his passion for trivia and, more importantly, all of the ways in which gives back to his community. Adam has been credited with getting Gravenhurst Caretagion 2020 up and running during the start of the pandemic.

Common Questions

I’m smart enough to know all the answers without a team! Can I play by myself?

Sure you can, smarty pants! Teams of one are welcome to sign up. Teams of one require a team name though and they still have to pay the $75 fee.

I’m not certain that I can make it every Sunday. Can I still join?

Of course! If you think that you may just want to play one night, or maybe two nights, that’s fine. You will still have to make a direct donation in a minimum amount here. You should really just register for all three nights because that will be more fun.

How many to a team?

Teams are capped at five members.

Can I substitute team members from week to week?

Yes, team members can rotate in and out, on the Powerhouse Brewery patio or on Zoom. You can also register as a team of one, as mentioned above. (You may be at a disadvantage though.)

$75 a night seems like a lot!

All registration fees and individual donations go directly to Food For Queers. Plus, this ticket price gives your team admission to all three Sundays of the trivia contest and ensures your team’s eligibility for prizes! $75 divided by five people amounts to $15 per person. And remember, only one member of the team needs to buy the ticket.
