We offer free workshops that help individuals find and maintain affordable housing as well as provide them with important information needed to build successful relationships with their landlords.

The topics of our workshops include:

Housing Related Legislation
Housing Search and Preparation
Tenant’s Responsibilities
Landlord’s Responsibilities
Budgeting
Fire Safety
Accessing Community Services and Programs

This workshop is specifically created for lgbtq2s plus individuals.

LHR believes that the best method for avoiding homelessness is education, and our workshop provides tools that lgbtq2s plus people can use if they decided to rent housing in the private sector.
